Luna StoryTime™ handles One-Year Promise support directly, no matter where your Luna was purchased.

To help us support you faster, please include:

  • Your proof of purchase, such as a dated receipt or order confirmation
  • A brief description of what is happening
  • Your name and contact information
  • A photo or short video of the issue, if possible

What Happens Next

1. We review your request

Our support team will look at your message, purchase details, and any photos or videos you send.

2. We help troubleshoot

We may suggest a few quick steps to confirm what’s happening with your Luna.

3. We make it right when there’s a covered defect

If your Luna has a covered defect within the first year, we’ll help with the next step. At Luna StoryTime’s discretion, support under the One-Year Promise may include replacement of the defective product.

4. We may ask for the original unit back

In some cases, we may ask you to return the product to Luna StoryTime™ for inspection. If a return is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label so you can send it back at no cost.

Once we receive and review the product, we’ll let you know the next step. If the request is approved, we’ll ship a replacement product to you.

What's Covered

The Luna StoryTime™ One-Year Promise covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for one year from the date of purchase.

Covered issues may include problems related to product function, such as:

  • Power
  • Sound
  • Projection
  • Figure playback
  • Buttons or controls
  • Charging or operation under normal use

What's Not Covered

The One-Year Promise applies only when Luna has been used and cared for according to the product instructions.

It does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Cosmetic wear, including fading, scratches, scuffs, or normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper storage, moisture, water exposure, or extreme conditions
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by use outside the product instructions
  • Issues caused by batteries, charging accessories, or power sources not recommended for Luna
  • Any issue that does not result from a defect in materials or workmanship

Helpful Details

Support under the One-Year Promise is available only with valid proof of purchase. This promise applies to the original purchaser and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.
